How TEM Training Turns Your Body into a Physics Project (Not a Willpower Battle)

Most people think fat loss is about suffering and discipline. In reality, your body is just following physics: Thought = Energy = Mass.

TEM Insight:

In my system, we use the TEM Principle:

  • Thought: the story you repeat about your body and food.

  • Energy: the emotions, sleep, training intensity, and daily movement that story creates.

  • Mass: your body fat %, muscle, and performance.

If your dominant thought is, “I always fall off after 2 weeks,” your nervous system lowers the energy for consistency: you skip steps, you snack late, you negotiate with your plan. That energy pattern eventually becomes mass: stubborn belly fat, low muscle, low confidence.

Instead of fighting your body, we change the physics at the Thought level first, then lock it in with Energy habits, so the Mass (your body) has no choice but to change.

Practical Actions (3):

  1. Thought Drill – 1 Sentence Rewrite

    • Old thought: “I always fall off after 2 weeks.”

    • New thought: “For the next 14 days, I execute like a pro—no drama, just reps.”

    • Write this on your phone and read it before your first meal and before bed.

  2. Energy Drill – 5,000 Steps Before Lunch

    • Don’t overcomplicate cardio.

    • Hit 5,000 steps before noon. This single rule changes your whole energy profile: hunger, mood, and fat burning all improve.

  3. Mass Drill – 1 Weekly Metric Only

    • Pick one: waist measurement, body weight, or progress photo.

    • Track it once a week, same day, same time.

    • Your job is not to “feel good every day.” Your job is to watch Mass slowly respond to Thought + Energy.

Mini Story:

When I coach clients, my real job isn’t just providing workouts—it’s providing positive, unwavering support.

With literally 2 decades of experience I know how important such support can be. That’s one of the reasons why I built Gongju, my own AI assistant, trained on my coaching style and the TEM Principle (coded by yours truly).

Now, when it’s 11:30 pm and you’re wondering,“What should I eat tomorrow?” or “How do I adjust after missing a meal today?” you don’t have to wait for a legitimate answer.

You can ask Gongju anytime and get clear, calm guidance that matches how I coach you in person.

Coaching support that is literally 24/7.
